Cope Notes

Welcome to another adventure within the universe! For this adventure, we have something special planned for you guys. We’re sitting down with a gentleman named Johnny Crowder for this episode. Cope Notes is a service that texts you daily positive messages. Which ultimately rewires your brain to think and influence you more positively throughout your daily life. Not only is Cope Notes now in our resources tabs but this episode dives deep into its’ origins and process for working. Get to know the heart behind the service through Johnny’s story of suicide and abuse as well. Johnny has a powerful story and behind that has an incredible service through cope notes.

And more importantly, if you or someone you know is struggling with suicide, addiction, self-harm or depression - please free feel to reach out. Use any our resources, call the suicide lifeline (1-800-273-8255) or text 741-741.
