In the vein of 2012’s Chronicle, the Norweigan coming of age film, The Innocents manages to establish strong characters with even stronger writing and acting to create a compelling coming of age story. However, it manages to find itself falling victim to superhero tropes, resulting in overextended sequences and a predictable third act. Watch our full thoughts below.
