It’s a new year, which means it’s also time for a new episode. This one that we have for you is really special. It’s been a while since we’ve done anything with our brothers over at The Retro Gamers. We’re presenting a hybrid episode! That’s right, not only are you hearing a Retro Gamers episode, but also a Victims and Villains episode as well. We wish you guys a happy new year!

VIRTUAL BOY CONTEST

With 2018 I, Capt. Nostalgia, challenged these guys to a contest. How much money can you spend in a year on retro video games. Who ever loses has to buy the winner a Virtual Boy. Virtual Boy was one of the biggest system flops in the history of the medium. If you would like to find out more on it, click here. We’re talking about the contest and how it ended as we head into a new year an new contest.

CASTLEVANIA: SEASON TWO

Originally, this episode started out to be a crossover between both shows to discuss the second season of Castlevania. Holidays and life slowly go t in the way and it ultimately became the hybrid you now have in your ears. One of the first crossovers, we ever did was indeed the first season to Castlevania. This past October, Netflix dropped the second season and we are hear to discuss it. Let us know what you though in the comments below.
